Susan Lukjan appeals the July 23, 2010 judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court by which she was convicted of arson, burning personal property to defraud an insurer, and committing a fraudulent insurance act over $300;1 the judgment followed a jury trial and sentenced Lukjan to serve a total of twelve years of imprisonment.
