ACREE, JUDGE.

The issue before us is whether the Jefferson Circuit Court's opinion and order requiring the appellant, Edward H. Hinkebein, Jr., to pay restitution is invalid because it fails to comply with KRS 532.033. For the following reasons, we vacate and remand.
