In this case we address the sufficiency of an order modifying parental visitation, or "parenting time," established by a prior decree which dissolved the marriage of Cory Keifer and Jaylynne Keifer (now Berrier). The Court of Appeals reversed the order on the grounds that it failed to reflect any consideration of the factors set forth in KRS 403.270(2) relating to custody determinations, and remanded for "further proceedings...
