LAMBERT, Judge:

Reyes Valesquez appeals from a final judgment and sentence of probation entered by the Fayette Circuit Court on January 22, 2009, pursuant to a conditional guilty plea. Valesquez entered a plea of guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
