LAMBERT, Senior Judge:

Shawn Smith appeals from a final judgment entered upon a jury verdict assigning him a portion of the liability arising from a motor vehicle accident. Prior to submission of the case to the jury, Smith sought and was granted a directed verdict. On submission, however, the jury found Smith partially at fault for the accident and attributed to him a portion of the liability. The trial court then entered judgment assigning...
