Zachary Buda (Buda) appeals from a Campbell Circuit Court summary judgment in favor of Mark Schuler (Schuler). In its judgment, the trial court found that Buda was liable for injuries sustained by Schuler and awarded Schuler damages in the amount of $468,281.14.
