OPINION

ACREE, Judge:

Darren and Carolyn Hudman and the Anderson County Board of Zoning Adjustments appeal the July 29, 2009 order of the Anderson Circuit Court reversing the Board's decision to grant the Hudmans a conditional use permit. James and Vickie Terry cross-appeal the circuit court's ruling that the Hudman property at issue constitutes a single plot instead of two. We affirm.
