Freeman Nathan Kyle Dennis ("Dennis") appeals from the denial of his Kentucky Rule of Civil Procedure ("CR") 59.01 motion for a new trial by the Grayson Circuit Court in his medical negligence case. On appeal, he contends that the jury verdict was inadequate and merits reversal.
