A McCracken Circuit Court jury found Appellant, Jerry Wayne Blades, guilty of complicity to manufacture methamphetamine, first-degree possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The jury also found him to be a first-degree persistent felony offender (PFO). For these crimes, Appellant received a forty year prison sentence. He now appeals as a matter of right, Ky. Const. §...
