Kathey and Ray Carter and Randal and Carolyn Sweeney appeal from the Martin Circuit Court's grant of Coalfield Lumber Company, Inc.'s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict ("JNOV") for failure to properly prove damages to their real estate.
