OPINION

ACREE, Judge:

Princess Carver appeals the June 17, 2008 judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court convicting her of third-degree criminal child abuse and fourth-degree assault. She was sentenced to 365 days' imprisonment and a $500 fine for each charge, the sentences to be served concurrently. For the following reasons we affirm in part and reverse in part.
