This is an appeal and cross-appeal from an opinion of the Workers' Compensation Board that reversed in part, vacated in part, and remanded the claim to the Administrative Law Judge for further findings of fact. The sole issue in this appeal and cross-appeal is whether the Workers' Compensation Board has the right to remand the opinion of the ALJ to the ALJ for further findings of fact.
