In October 2005, the Kenton County Fiscal Court, on behalf of its Airport Board, condemned real property owned by Cordelia Baston in Boone County. The condemnation was a small piece in the Airport Board's plan to construct a new north/south runway for the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.
