OPINION

ACREE, Judge:

Earl Bennett, the appellant, seeks reversal of the Owen Circuit Court's order granting summary judgment for the appellee, Carter Malcomb. The circuit court determined that Mr. Bennett's claim was barred by the statute of limitations. We affirm.
