OPINION

LAMBERT, Judge.

James Edward Howard appeals from the McCracken Circuit Court's final judgment of conviction for sexual abuse in the first degree and resisting arrest, for which Howard received an aggregate sentence of ten years' imprisonment. After careful review, we affirm the trial court's judgment of conviction and sentence.
