Jessica Preece commenced this action in the Floyd Circuit Court alleging that her employer, Highlands Hospital Corporation (HHC), interfered with the exercise of her rights provided under the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, 29 U.S.C. § 2615 (FMLA).
