Appellant, Danny Lee Carver, was convicted by an Allen Circuit Court jury in April 2007 of first-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree terroristic threatening, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and of being a first-degree persistent felony offender (PFO).
