OPINION

MOORE, JUDGE:

This is an appeal by Danny Seals, Iris Seals, and Dove Logging, LLC (the Seals) from Judgment entered by the Knott Circuit Court. The Amburgeys cross-appeal the amount of damages awarded in Judgment. We reverse and remand on the issue of damages.
