Russ Kegel and Mona Kegel (d/b/a Unique Promotional Products)(hereinafter Kegel) appeal the September 29, 2008, order of the McCracken Circuit Court granting the motion for summary judgment filed by Appellee, Roxanna Tillotson (Tillotson), and simultaneously denying the motion for summary judgment filed by Kegel.
