OPINION

TAYLOR, JUDGE:

Robert Parker brings this appeal from a September 18, 2008, domestic violence order of the Jefferson Family Court finding that Parker committed acts of violence against Lindsay N. Pearl. We affirm.

On September 11, 2008, Pearl filed a domestic violence petition in the Jefferson Family Court. Therein, Pearl alleged that Parker:
