At a jury trial, Appellant James Darnell Graves was convicted of third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, and being a persistent felony offender in the first degree. His five-year sentence for third-degree burglary was enhanced to twenty years' imprisonment under the persistent felony offender statute, and was run concurrently with his sentence of thirty days for possession of burglar's tools.
