Appellant, John Lisle ("Lisle"), appeals as a matter of right from his conviction for fourth-degree assault, third offense, violation of a domestic violence order ("DVO") and being a persistent felony offender in the first degree ("PFO I"). He argues that the trial court erred by failing to grant a directed verdict on the DVO violation and fourth-degree assault, third offense, charge; by mis-trifurcating the repeat offender proceedings...
