A complainant in a whistleblower action under KRS 61.102, et seq., may recover attorney's fees and witness fees in the trial court's discretion. The issue in this appeal is whether the trial court retained jurisdiction to award attorney's fees and costs on a motion filed more than thirty days after entry of a final judgment.
