The Board of Governors of the Kentucky Bar Association has recommended to this Court that William J. Grider (KBA No. 85171) be suspended from the practice of law for thirty days. Grider was admitted to the practice of law in this Commonwealth in 1994, but he was suspended in January 2009 for failing to comply with mandatory minimum continuing legal education.
