Malinda and Charles Franklin ("the Franklins") and Nationwide Property and Casualty Insurance Company ("Nationwide") appeal from a summary judgment in favor of Safe Auto Insurance Company ("Safe Auto"). The trial court found that the Franklins were not the owners of a vehicle at the time it was involved in an accident, and therefore it was not a covered vehicle under the Franklins' policy with Safe Auto.
