Opinion of the Court by Chief Justice MINTON.

A circuit court jury convicted Earl Vincent Jr. of two counts of first-degree rape, nine counts of first-degree sodomy, fifteen counts of first-degree sexual abuse, and three counts of incest. He was sentenced to fifty years' imprisonment.1 He appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence as a matter of right.2
