Kristi Tapp and Donald Ard, Co-Administrators of the Estate of Kyndall Paige Ard, (the Estate) appeal from the February 25, 2008, final judgment of the Daviess Circuit Court dismissing their negligence action against Dr. Stephanie Russell (formerly Luellen) and Owensboro Medical Health Systems (OMHS) following a jury verdict in favor of the doctor and hospital.
