Charles Allen ("Allen") appeals from a final judgment and sentence of the Ohio Circuit Court convicting him of eleven counts of first-degree sexual abuse and sentencing him to eleven years' imprisonment. Allen contends that he was denied a fair trial when (1) the trial court failed to strike a prospective juror who was biased; (2) the prosecution improperly bolstered a witness's testimony; (3) Allen was charged with multiple accounts...
