Auto Owners Insurance Company, correctly referred to as "Owners Insurance" (Owners) appeals from a jury verdict in favor of Crystal Goode (Crystal). On appeal, Owners argues that Crystal was not covered under the underinsured motorists' provisions of her mother's motor vehicle insurance policy because Crystal owned an automobile at the time of the accident in question and also that the trial court gave faulty jury instructions...
