When Louisville Metro police officers apprehended Kareem Henry outside a service station, they had reason to believe that he had, a few minutes before, discarded a handgun in the vacant lot adjacent to the store. Having frisked and secured Henry, one of the officers asked him, three times, "Where is the gun?" Henry made potentially incriminating responses and later, facing assault, burglary, and illegal possession of a firearm...
