This appeal arises from a judgment of the Monroe Circuit Court which voided the November 2006 mayoral election for the City of Tompkinsville, Kentucky. While the Court of Appeals affirmed the Monroe Circuit Court's finding of fraud, it reversed that portion of the judgment setting aside the election. This Court granted discretionary review.
