This is an appeal and cross-appeal filed from the findings of fact and conclusions of law entered in a dissolution of marriage action. Ralph Edward Fehr appeals the decision of the Oldham Family Court awarding Maren Mitchell Fehr a villa and a one-half marital interest in a mini-storage warehouse located in St. Maarten of the Netherlands Antilles.
