This is an appeal from a judgment entered against the buyer of a used commercial truck in his action against the auto dealership alleging fraud, violation of the Kentucky Consumer Protection statute, violation of the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and violation of Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS) 186A.540.
