After a snow on December 15, 2019, the City of Manhattan cleared the City's streets with a snowplow. Marti Wickham and William Franz reside in their home in Manhattan. After that snow, the two filed a claim with the City, contending that a City snowplow pushed snow into their stone mailbox, cracking its base.
