Terrill Graber began working for Jackson's Dairy, a subsidiary of Dillon Companies, Inc. (Dillon's), in Hutchinson, in approximately 2009. He usually worked Monday through Friday 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. His main task was to load semi-trucks with a forklift. He was also required to attend periodic safety meetings.
