LaDonna R. Johnson (LaDonna) appeals the district court's ruling on her post-divorce motion to modify child support and to determine an arrearage in child support and spousal maintenance. LaDonna claims the district court erred by ruling that K.S.A.2013 Supp. 23-3005(b), which governs the extent that a modification of child support can be applied retroactively, prohibits the district court from assessing a sanction under the Kansas Child Support Guidelines...
