Willie E. Reed was convicted by a jury of two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child under the age of 14, in violation of K.S.A. 21-3504(a)(3)(A). The offenses, which occurred approximately 2 years apart, involved two 8-year-old-girls, C.T. and A.R.
