The opinion of the court was delivered by LUCKERT, J.:

A jury convicted Antonio Jermaine Armstrong of one count of premeditated first-degree murder and one count of criminal possession of a firearm. On appeal, Armstrong raises six issues.

In addressing those issues, we first hold that Armstrong was not denied a fair trial because of prosecutorial misconduct, although two statements made by the prosecutor during closing argument exceeded the wide latitude allowed...
