The claimant, Judy Ward, sustained an injury while working for the respondent, Allen County Hospital (hospital). Ward applied for workers compensation benefits based on her injuries. The administrative law judge (ALJ) held a hearing to determine, among other things, the nature and extent of Ward's disability. Ultimately, the ALJ awarded Ward permanent partial disability compensation for a 75.50% work disability, up to the statutory maximum compensation award...
