Daniel and Sara Zimmerman (the plaintiffs) brought a legal malpractice claim against attorney Richard Brown and Richard's law firm, Brown, Isern & Carpenter (the defendants), related to the sale of the plaintiffs' Quixtar (formerly Amway) business to Richard and his wife.
