Martell, as conservator for Kim "Travis" Driscoll (collectively referred to as "Driscoll"), filed against Leroy Driscoll (Leroy) and other named defendants, Leroy allowed Driscoll to drive a car belonging to Leroy and others, knowing that Driscoll was incapable of safely driving the car.
