A jury convicted Michael Randolph of one count of rape of a child under the age of 14, in violation of K.S.A. 21-3502(a)(2). Randolph appeals his conviction, raising three issues. First, he makes an argument this court has recently rejected — that the definition of "sexual intercourse," which is an element of the crime of rape, states alternative means, each of which must be supported by sufficient evidence...
