In this direct appeal from his jury convictions for aggravated burglary and felony murder, defendant Allen Dale Smith argues that the district judge erred in admitting evidence of other crimes and in giving a cautionary accomplice witness instruction over a defense objection. He also asserts that he is entitled to reversal of his convictions because of prosecutorial misconduct. To the extent any one of these errors...
