MALONE, J.

Erika Anna Ingred Skillern appeals her sentence following her conviction of domestic battery, a class B person misdemeanor under K.S.A. 2011 Supp. 21-5414(b)(1). The district court sentenced Skillern to 6 months' imprisonment in the county jail and ordered her to serve 48 hours in custody as a condition of her probation. Skillern asked the district court to suspend the 48 hours' imprisonment, but the district court found that it did not have that option...
