A jury convicted Tommy Ray James of possession of marijuana with the intent to sell, possession of marijuana without a tax stamp, possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container, and faulty equipment. Prior to trial, James had pled no contest to an ignition interlock violation.
