This prosecution of Brodrick West on a series of drug charges returns to our court on a second appeal. West was charged, tried, convicted, and sentenced in separate cases that have been consolidated for proceedings here and, at various times, in the trial court. In his first appeal, West successfully challenged several of the convictions but raised other arguments that were considered and found to be without merit. The case was returned for resentencing...
