David A. Holman was convicted by a jury of three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child in violation of K.S.A. 21-3504(a)(3)(A). This is a direct appeal of those convictions and the sentences imposed by the district court. This court has jurisdiction over Holman's appeal under K.S.A. 22-3601(b)(1).
