As required by K.S.A. 22-3717(d)(1)(G), the district court in this case sentenced Andray S. Cameron, in part, to lifetime postrelease supervision for his convictions of three counts of aggravated indecent solicitation of a child. On appeal, Cameron argues his sentence to lifetime postrelease supervision is a disproportionate and cruel and/or unusual punishment that violates § 9 of the Kansas Constitution...
