PER CURIAM.

The State charged Tracey Wilson with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal damage to property. The district court dismissed the charges following a preliminary hearing. The State appeals. We reverse and remand.

Tracey and Willie Wilson were in the midst of going through a divorce. Willie was visiting a friend, Evrette Jones, at his residence on November 9, 2006, when Tracey arrived at that location. Tracey and Willie had been arguing...
