Georgia L. Howie appeals the district court's decision granting summary judgment in favor of U.S. Bank, N.A. (U.S. Bank) on U.S. Bank's mortgage foreclosure petition. Georgia claims that U.S. Bank is barred from foreclosing on the mortgage for two reasons.
